Our Charities
All proceeds from our St. Patrick’s Day Charity Ball will go to Debra Ireland and Debra España, charities that provide comfort and hope to sufferers of Epidermolysis Bullosa, a painful genetic skin condition that causes a breakdown in the natural proteins that hold the skin together. The slightest touch can cause severe pain, blistering and sores. For that reason, the condition is commonly known as “Butterfly skin” or “piel de mariposa”. 50% of the funds raised will go to help Debra Ireland to cover the cost of an on-the-road nurse to alleviate the distressing daily duty of bandage changes. The other 50% will go towards Debra España’s respite care home in Marbella, which allows those living with EB and their families to take a break in the care of trained staff.

Official event photographer
Our official event photographer for the evening is Emilia Brandao of Bravau Photo. Emilia will be snapping away throughout the night, and will upload all photos to her website very soon after the ball, for you to download and share with friends.
Official event videographer
Miguel Corral of Simplicity will reprise his wonderful work on the occasion of the last ball as our official videographer on the night.

The cost of a full formal suit will be €45, discounted from the normal price of €65. And if you rented from Mister Penguin for the last ball, there is no need to get measured in advance – simply email them to make an appointment to pick up your suit. Make sure to contact them early to avoid disappointment.
